Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any customs duties and taxes that are levied on your order. All fees charged during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).
Damage
We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the transport company to file a complaint.
