Shipping

All orders are sent by Swiss Post as insured packages with tracking information. Orders received before 10 a.m. (Central European Time) Monday to Friday will be processed on the same working day.

After shipping has been initiated, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the current delivery status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping is free with a minimum order value of 59 CHF. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of CHF 15.90 will be charged.

Orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 2-5 working days after processing.

As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns.

Please note that return shipping costs of 16 CHF will be charged. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

For international orders (shipments outside Switzerland and the European Union), customs or import fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Import duties and taxes may vary from country to country.

We regret to inform you that we will not cover the costs of import duties and taxes. Therefore, customers are responsible for possible additional fees and charges. If you wish to return your product, customers are responsible for reclaiming the amount paid from the local authorities.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office before ordering.
