Shipping

All orders are shipped by Swiss Post as insured packages with tracking information. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10 a.m. (Central European Time) are processed on the same business day.

Once the shipment has been initiated, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the current delivery status of your order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery costs and time

Shipping is free for a minimum order value of 60 CHF. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of 10 CHF is charged.

Orders to Switzerland or Liechtenstein are usually delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.

Return costs

As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns.

Please note that return shipping costs of 15 CHF will be charged. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tax and customs regulations

For international orders (shipments outside Switzerland and the European Union), customs or import fees may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. Import duties and taxes can vary from country to country.

We regret to inform you that we do not cover the costs of import duties and taxes. Therefore, customers are responsible for any additional fees and charges. If you wish to return your product, customers are responsible for reclaiming the amount paid from the local authorities.
