Return approach
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it; it must be unworn, unused, and with tags.
To proceed with your return, please follow the instructions:
- Pack your NANUQ product in the original packaging or another box of appropriate size
- Drop off the box at the local post office
We will refund you the money for the returned product within 10 business days after receipt. The refund will be made using the original payment method you used to purchase the product. As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Exceptions and non-exchangeable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased on sale or with gift cards.
Revocation Instructions
Right of Revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Luniglobal GmbH) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) and return the goods according to our return procedure (see above).
Effect of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you cannot return the received service and benefits (e.g., usage advantages) to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. You do not have to compensate us for any deterioration of the goods resulting from proper use. You only have to compensate for the use of the goods if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the goods. By "checking the properties and functionality," we mean testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and customary in a retail store.

If you want to exchange a product for another model or a different color, the fastest way is to return your original order and place a new one in our shop. For the return process, please follow the instructions above.
