Return & Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it; it must be unworn, unused and with tags.
To proceed with your return, please follow the instructions:
- Pack your NANUQ product in the original packaging or another appropriately sized box
- Drop off the box at your local post office
We will refund you for the returned product within 10 business days of receipt. The refund will be made to the original payment method you used to purchase the product. As an environmentally conscious company, we do not offer free returns. The return shipping costs will be paid from the refunded amount.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items purchased on clearance or with gift cards.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Luniglobal GmbH) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) and return the goods in accordance with our return procedure (see above).
effect of the revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service and benefits (e.g. benefits of use) to us or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation. You do not have to pay us any compensation for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use of the goods. You only have to pay compensation for the use of the goods if you have used the goods in a way that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the goods. By “testing the properties and functionality” we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail store.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product for a different model or color, the fastest way is to return your original order and place a new one in our shop. For the return process, please follow the instructions above.
