Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning h. You have 10 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the matter and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to Switzerland or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If this is the case, the refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
