Before contacting us, please take the time to read through our FAQs, which may provide the answer to your questions. If you cannot find an answer and would like to get in touch with us, please use our Contact Us page.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a shipping email when your order has shipped. Please check your SPAM/Junk inbox in case the email ended up there. If you can't find your shipping email or think you've deleted it, contact us and we can let you know in real time whether your order has shipped or not.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do if the order has already shipped.

We always try our best to assist you, but if your order has already been dispatched we cannot cancel it. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we can no longer change the order.

If your order takes longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will take care of it. We offer you a money-back guarantee or have your order redelivered. Please note that there may be delays in the delivery process due to COVID-19. We apologize for the delay.

There's a good chance our email ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still cannot find the email and would like to have it resent, please let us know.

Once you have received your shipping email, you can contact us for a tracking update.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card has been declined then please don't worry, just contact us and we will advise you.
